Refund and cancellation policy

Try before you buy

Every student can sign up free and practise free chapters, sample questions and the first mock test in every subject before paying, so you can check that OlympiadZone suits your child.

Refunds

• Courses are digital and unlock as soon as the payment goes through, so fees are generally not refundable once a course is unlocked.
• If you were charged twice, or money was taken but the course did not unlock, contact us with the Razorpay payment ID. We will unlock the course or refund the extra amount in full.
• If you bought the wrong class or subject by mistake, contact us within 7 days and before using the course. We will move the course to the right class or subject, or refund it.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

Courses don’t renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Access ends on the date shown in My account. You can buy again at any time; buying again before the end date adds the new period on top.

How to ask for help

Email our contact email with the student’s name, login and the Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 2 working days.
